Does anyone know of any satellite TV providers that do not require a credit card to establish service?

We use Dish network. You can pay online with your check account or you can send a check with your paper bill.
Get a prepaid credit card. This is what a lot of people do in order to establish service
Here in Upstate NY, we have DirecTV that is billed through our Verizon phone bill.
