Sautéed Sauerkraut and Potatoes

I had leftover sauerkraut, which I had no idea what to do with. I also had a leftover baked potato, so I decided to combine them into something completely new.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Chop the onion. Sauté for a minute or two.
  2. Peel the potato if you wish, and slice into chunks. Add to the onion and sauté a few minutes.
  3. Add the sauerkraut and sauté another few minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
