Instant noodles is what we commonly get during this pandemic aside from canned goods.  Food is scarce at this very moment and I have to innovate so that we can have something to eat until another quarantine day ends.
Ingredients:
- 1-2  packs instant noodles (pancit canton)
 - 1-2  tea cups water (ratio is 1:1; 1 tc for 1 pack noodles)
 - 1  red onion, chopped
 - 2  eggs
 - pinch of salt
 - pinch of ground pepper
 - 2  Tbsp vegetable oil
 

 
Steps:
- Let's start by boiling a tea cup of water.   Add noodles when water starts boiling then adjust heat to medium.
 
 
- Meanwhile in a bowl, crack eggs, and add salt and pepper. 
 
 
- Beat the eggs. Then gradually add chopped onions. 
 
 
- Add soy sauce seasoning from the pack of instant noodles. 
 
 
- When the water starts to reduce, pour powdered seasoning into the noodles. Stir fry until well combined.
 
 
- Pour cooked noodles into the beaten egg.  Soak and coat noodles well. 
 
 
- Heat up some oil in a pan and drop small portions of noodle mixture. Flatten them like pancakes. 
 
 
- Fry until both sides are brown, then it will be ready to serve.
