Scalloped Corn

My husband's grandma used to make this for all family get-togethers. Very tasty and not expensive to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cream corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs for topping

I'm going to have this for dinner tonight: halved, and a little shredded cheese added to the crumbs. I cannot stand up long, so this is just what appeals to me and my tummy! Thanks as always, Robin. Cay fro FL
