One of my favorites!
- 10-12 oz. crab meat
- 2 cans shrimp (6oz. size)
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 head lettuce, turn
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4-1 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Spoon onto salad plates. Garnish with croutons.
