I have access to hundreds and hundreds of old tires. How or who do I contact who would purchase these for recycling purposes?

Why not visit or call the tire stores that sell tires and ask what they do with the old tires they have when they sell new tires to someone. In my state they charge $4 a tire to dispose.
These are Great for Children's Playgrounds.They build Dragons & swing sets-Round tire swings-& Climbing paths with tires.They look really cool,last a long time & put mulch or sand on the playground 1st. You could ask someone at the Town Hall or Elemmentry Schools,if they might use them to build or replace existing ones.The Parks Dept.

Put ads in Freecycle, Craigslist, OfferUp and letgo
Post them in the free/for takes section of your local Craigslist and NextDoor sites.
