I have a 1966 JD riding mower for sale in South Carolina. Any suggestions on who might be interested? Collectors, etc.

Collectors? Not sure there are very many actually collecting these right now and it would probably have to be in 'like new' condition (no refurbishment). No picture so only you have that information.
Collectors are more apt to buy from auction houses than individuals.
You do not ask about value so perhaps you already have a price in mind.
If that is correct, then you can start with local sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale, Facebook marketplace with free local pick up.

You can always list it in several places so you can get more exposure.
Here are some sites to check out and they sometimes have help sites that may answer your questions:

Thanks...The JD was given to me by my father-in-law and I used it a few years. The engine started to knock and quit. Won't turn over or start. Probably needs a rebuild. Has been sitting in my dry barn for 20 years. Have original manual and rest of tractor is in good shape.

I looked for collectors several years ago but never followed through. At that time the value was estimated at $300. Prefer to give/sell cheap to someone into them rather than just throw it away. Time to finally move it on...

I would put it on the Facebook marketplace. No fees have to be paid by you

This mower is collectible, but depends on the collector/buyer. You will have to contact this link- www.freelinks.com/johndeere.php - and also this antiques link- www.antiquetractorsforum.com/.../john-deere-110-1966.2872

Try to sell your John Deer Riding Mower here at an auction: www.auctiontime.com/.../john-deere
1965 JOHN DEERE 110 was sold for $ 550 with such characteristics: "From estate been stored in barn for years. Has good rounded fenders. Metal seat. JD logo on steering wheel. Original Kohler motor. Made in Horicon, Wisc. Have not tried to get started will sell as is. Has a good hood and nice grill. Will need a new front tire. Would be an easy one for restoration. I think you can still get $ 300 for your mower.
Or sell in parts here: www.yesterdaystractors.com/John-Deere-Tractor-Parts.html
