Shawn's Two Pasta Goulash

This stretches for 2 or 3 days, if you're not hungry during the day. It's very filling. For one person, it last 2 or 3 days. If you're married with children, then only 2 days.


  • elbow or shell macaroni
  • ramen noodles
  • meat or meat sauce
  • 1 can pasta sauce
  • a dash of two of garlic seasoning
  • a dash or two minced onions
  • a dash of Italian seasoning


Boil your water, making sure you don't watch it. :) Add salt to taste if you want to. After the water boils, add your pastas, either the elbow or shell macaroni, and your ramen noodles. That's if you don't have any meat to add to it.

If you have meat to add, fry your meat until it's nice and brown. You can add hamburger or turkey sausage for a healthier dish. After the meat is fried, make sure you drain the grease.

Add your hamburger or turkey sausage if you have it to your macaroni, then add your sauce and stir until it gets nice and red all over, then add a dash or two of your seasonings.


Servings: about 3 or four if feeding a family

Cooking Time: 5 or 10 Minutes
