Boil your water, making sure you don't watch it. :) Add salt to taste if you want to. After the water boils, add your pastas, either the elbow or shell macaroni, and your ramen noodles. That's if you don't have any meat to add to it.
If you have meat to add, fry your meat until it's nice and brown. You can add hamburger or turkey sausage for a healthier dish. After the meat is fried, make sure you drain the grease.
Add your hamburger or turkey sausage if you have it to your macaroni, then add your sauce and stir until it gets nice and red all over, then add a dash or two of your seasonings.

If there are just one or two people, this lasts for days.
Add water to a medium or large dutch oven. Boil water for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add your pastas and bring to a boil. Once it starts, stir the pot so it doesn't stick to the bottom of your pan. After everything is good and done, drain out the water from your pastas and add it back to your pan or if you have a microwave dish put it in that.
Next fry your hamburger or sausage until it's browned through and through, then get your pasta out of your refrigerator, and add it back to your dutch oven to cook with hamburger. Add either your traditional or meat sauce. Cook for like 5 to 10 minute. Let stand for a minute before you serve.
