You seem to be referring to Attosa's post so I'm sure she will answer your question soon.
However, the best reason that I can think of is so you will have time to go to the bathroom before sleep and not have to get up during the night.
"If you're hoping for one continuous line of zzz-s through the night, consider enjoying that tea an hour or so before nodding off, just to give yourself time for one last pitstop before bed."

The tea may need time to take effect.
I read that you should avoid drinking any thing after 8 o/c unless you plan to make several trips to the bathroom during the night .
