Quick, easy and keeps well.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Pour oil in to skillet. Brown meat in oil. Add Sloppy Joe seasoning. Follow directions on package.

Transfer Sloppy Joe to Casserole dish. Completely cover Sloppy Joe with individual slices of cheese. Place biscuits on cheese. Cook in oven per biscuit directions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. shell macaroni (8oz.)
  • 1 envelope Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato paste (8oz.)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8oz.)
  • 2 cups creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook macaroni; drain. Meanwhile, prepare seasoning mix with ground beef, tomato paste, sauce and 1 1/4 cups water.

In a 2 1/2 quart casserole layer 1/2 macaroni, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 meat sauce; repeat. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-60 minutes, uncovered.

  • 1 can of biscuits (12 count)
