Smoked Salmon Crostini Appetizers
Delicious smoked salmon appetizers that are perfect to serve at your party. You can make this on bread or even potato chips!

Yield: 2 dozen
- 2 baguette bread
- 2 extra virgin olive oil
- smoked salmon
- French cultured cream
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the baguette bread slightly angled diagonally about 1/4 inch thick. Place your sliced bread on a cookie sheet and coat the top of the bread with a little olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Slice your smoked salmon into pieces. Put your smoked salmon on the crostini bread pieces with a dash of salt & pepper, topped with french cultured cream.
- Optional: Use a grater and zest the lemon. Then, wash and thinly slice chives for garnishing.
If you wish to skip the baguette you can use potato chips!
