Spiced Olives

Recipe: Spiced Olives

Different and easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 jar 375 ml (approx 13.5oz.) of stuffed olives
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

• 1-2 tsp. crushed red pepper
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• tomato or vegetable juice

Directions:

Drain olives. Put olives and next 4 ingredients back into jar. Fill jar with tomato or vegetable juice. Shake jar from time to time for next 3 days.

Great on pizza, lettuce salad or straight from the jar.
