Stuffed Peppers

Heat to boil:

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. syrup
  • Pepper

This will be poured over stuffed peppers.

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (browned)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp. heaping rice (soak rise in 1/2 cup tomato juice)
  • 4-6 peppers (depending on size of the peppers)

Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
