Heat to boil:
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. syrup
This will be poured over stuffed peppers.
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (browned)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. heaping rice (soak rise in 1/2 cup tomato juice)
- 4-6 peppers (depending on size of the peppers)
Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
