Sweet Buns Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lukewarm water
  • 3 pkgs. dry yeast
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add salt and sugar, melted shortening and 2 cup flour. Beat real good with electric beater. Add the eggs and beat again. Then with a spoon add rest of flour gradually. Let rest 30 minutes of dough doubled in size. Shape into rolls. Let rise until doubled. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
