Sweet Potato Fluff

Ingredients:

• 3 med. sweet potatoes, boiled
• 1 sm. banana, beaten
• 1/8 cup hot cream
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• marshmallows to cover

Directions:

Peel sweet potatoes while hot. Mash well. Add well beaten bananas, hot cream, butter, and salt. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and return to oven until they are brown, about 5 minutes more.
