Taco Dip

Great tasting appetizer(or main dish). Can be made ahead and heated or reheated.

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 16 oz. jar of salsa
  • 2 16 oz. cans of refried beans
  • 1 16 oz. container of sour cream
  • 1 8 oz. package of shredded Mexican cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Pour salsa over burger mixture. Smear refried beans over top. Cover with sour cream. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes(until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling through). Guaranteed to be a hit at the party
