Tiny Black Bugs In the Kitchen?

Tiny Black Bugs In the Kitchen - tiny bugs on a white tileThese tiny oval looking bugs appear to be falling from the ceiling. After wiping them away, I discovered more bugs in the same location a few hours later. The web believes these bugs could be termites or some sort of beetle.

Termites that swarm do leave wings in the spring. The workers are beige. I would take some of these bugs and put them in a sealed plastic bag. Take them to a place that sells pesticides. They will help you identify it and buy the right pesticide.

Do they look like this:

I have had fruit flies do this. Mine came from a bag of rotting potatoes I had forgotten about.

They can come from fruit also. In my case, once the bad taters were gone, the bugs were gone.
