Troubleshooting Electrical Circuit Problems?

We had items on one breaker stop working and after replacing the breaker they started working, but then other electrical items on different breakers started dimming or not working. The breakers were turned on and off a lot. Now the water heater and dryer will not get hot and the stove won't work. Any ideas on how to fix or what it could be?

It sounds like the breakers are not working independently of each other, or your house doesnt have enough electricity to support all the items you want to use. You definitely need an electrician.
