I love the pasta and the combination of veggies in this salad. I like this as a salad or as a cool lunch idea in the summer.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 can chunk tuna
  • 1 pkg. small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup diced cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper

Directions:

In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and dill weed. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes

I don't believe anyone has developed a copycat recipe for that yet. You could probably duplicate it yourself after a few tries.
