I have a female cat that is an outside cat and she has four two month old kittens. The kittens have been weaned, but now all of a sudden they've all started nursing off her again. Is this normal or is she pregnant again? My husband said he caught her hooked up to a stray male a couple of weeks ago.

Kittens are usually weaned between 8-10 weeks of age, so this is normal behavior.
It is possible they are just "comfort nursing". This is like when kittens suck on a blanket. But these guys still have mom. It is very common at this age. Moms milk is probably dried up. Sounds like it time to have Mom cat spayed. You have a narrow window to get this done before she is heavily pregnant again.
