It looks like you have to decrease each of the next 30 rounds by 10 single crochet stitches. Maybe you come to a point?

Yikes, that is a poorly written set of instructions.

What are you making? Depending on what you are making, I think the English of this is to do 10 single crochets (sc) in the next 30 rounds (rds).

If I am visualizing what this will do, is it creates a tube...so if that is what you are going for, then that is the translation.
