Everyone hates runny sauce. To thicken it up add bread crumbs to it. It will thicken it up and if you use the seasoned one's they will add character to your sauce. Enjoy!
As frequently happens in my house, we decided today to have salmon patties and I was running short on oatmeal which I started using several years ago, for nutrition's sake. I used some seasoned croutons and they were delicious. I put them in a zipper bag and whanged on them for a few minutes with a wooden thingy from my collection. They turned out really nice.
