Easily add a chocolate topping to something you have baked, such as flapjack or a cake, without bothering to melt the chocolate in a separate bowl. Just drop squares of chocolate straight on top while it is fresh out of the oven. It will melt and you can spread it straight away without fuss, mess or waste
