On the homepage of craigslist for your city there is a "post to classifieds" button on the upper right just under the Craigslist header. Also when you are in the section for where you want to post, i.e.: For Sale: household, there will be a 'Post' button in the upper right corner, right next to the help button.

Good luck I hope this helps.

You go to your local craigslist and look for the list on the left hand column. One of the buttons is "post". Click that on,work through the category (eg, furniture by owner") and then write your ad.

It is easy and free. After writing it you have to send it, craigslist will send you a link to manage your ad. Keep that so you can delete your ad or edit it if necessary. Wonderful easy way to sell stuff and buy too.
