That is actually a 1961 model. It is the 600E which was an upgraded version of the first Touch and Sew model 600. Alll metal parts (except for the grey front plate and knobs). Made in Elizabeth NJ
Gear drive so no belt to slip on heavy fabric. Bobbin winds in the machine instead of having to be removed to wind.. Virtually indestructable. Can be taken out of the table and put in a case. You'll never sell it for what it's really worth but could get $300 - $500
Looks like a beautiful setup. Nice that it has all of the accessories.
Sadly, there are so many sewing machines available that very few have held a very high value.
I have only found one similar sold machine/desk and that was in 2014 and was local pick up only (NC).
There are several sold model 625 listed on eBays sold listings but they are all portable.
You cannot really compare different models as each one usually has something that is unique to that model. It does appear that models 620/625/628 can be compared.
Selling:
I would take a lot of very good pictures, especially of the complete machine/cabinet and post it on sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale, Facebook Marketplace or any site you're familiar with.
You can always start with a higher figure such as $150-200 with price negotiable and local pick-up only.
Give it a few weeks and if no offers then start lowing the price.
