You have a lovely pattern. Sad that you cannot use this china.
This pattern:
Vintage Noritake Ireland Anticipation 2963 and was produced from 1978 to 1994.

NOT microwave or dishwasher safe. Fragile.
You state that you have a 'set' but a set can consist of different place settings, so that does not tell us very much about your china.
Also, the final value of a 'set' will have a lot to do with what type of accessories your set may have.
Number of place settings?
Serving bowls? with lids?
Serving platters? size?
Teapot? Valuable.
Sugar and creamer?
Salt and pepper?
All of the above will make a difference in the value of a set.

Fine china is not a fast seller as the market is very limited with potential buyers. Individual pieces sometimes sell faster, as people may already have a set and need replacements/additions.
Fine china is not in demand as the majority of people are probably like yourself; no use/need for good china, no desire for fine china, just want microwaveable, dishwasher safe 'dishes'.

Here are some examples of sets listed for sale:
This 'set' is listed for sale at $615. Set has been listed for sale for over 3 years and has not sold (and probably never will - at this price).
www.ebay.com/.../232257628881

This set - service for 8 - is listed at $449.99. Set has been listed for sale for over a year.
www.ebay.com/.../133147633934

This set - service for 12 is listed at $334.97. Set has been listed for sale for over a year - unsold.
www.ebay.com/.../184579928702

I did find one set that sold for $625 but there is no date provided, and the set was also 'local pick up' in Florida (no shipping cost).

Replacements has a set listed for sale - 40 pieces - $399.99.
However, it is generally noted that retail items using Replacement prices will generally be approximately 40-50% of their price. Going on that assumption; a 40-piece set, for the normal seller, would be valued at $160.

This is a beautiful pattern but is currently flooding the market which means buyers can pick and choose among sellers.

Take a look at the items available on Google to see for yourself the number of pieces available - individual pieces or sets.
www.google.com/search?newwindow=1&source=univ&tbm...

You can list your set for sale at whatever price you feel it is worth.
You can consider offers and also make it available for local pick up with no shipping cost; leave it posted for several weeks/months and if no offers, reduce the price and wait again.
Shipping is very expensive and very dangerous as this will be a very heavy box and easily broken.
List for sale on Facebook Marketplace and other online sites.
