A very easy online search for possible values for the china produced many replies. EBay has many Royalton items available, such as a cup and saucer for $3.45. You can also consign the set or try an auction house for a value estimate.
I would search your local area for a reputable appraiser, or antique dealer to have them do the appraisal, that way you are not going to be scammed by a low bidder
