I read a comment, on YouTube, where someone had sold theirs, with original motor, for $125.00. These are such interesting antiques, and from what I have read, they were the best at cutting grass, even though they were not fancy.

Someone is asking $26 for the manual on eBay at the moment--you may want to watch that auctions an see if that sells on its own. If it sells, that will give you the exact value of the MANUAL!!
I can't find any examples of recent sales for the mower on these in any of the sites I frequent (and I frequent A LOT of sites). That said, it does not mean it is rare, but just that people probably hold on to them.
So it is all about supply and demand with these type of pieces. If you are in place where there is a high supply and low demand, you will not get much. If you are somewhere where there is a very low supply and a high demand, that will increase the value.
My suggestion is to find--in your area--if there are any websites that have local sales sites for your area that are specific to lawn and garden collectibles. If not, the second choice, would be to look for an auction house that does more than just furniture, but sells motorized items...you probably won't get much for it on the Facebook or LetGo sites, but would most likely do better if an auction would take it on.
Post back what you learn and how much you fetch for it. Where you are helps too!! I love learning prices for things in other parts of the country!! Thanks for sharing it!
As reference - This used one said it was sold for $265 for local pick up!
They are selling for $100 without an engine. I would charge $50 more for yours.
