People are giving those away in my area. I would ask no more than $50, since it has a cabinet.
Sometimes it is difficult to tell about sewing machines but as far as sewing machines go, this is not a 'sought after' model and 1966 is not really 'old' when talking about Singers.
You may be in a good area for this type of Singer so if you list it for sale on one of your local sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale, OfferUp or LetGo with local pick up only you may be able to sell it for upwards of $100 but I would start your price at $175 and reduce the price every 6 weeks until it sells.
You will need very good pictures and at least 8-10 so all parts of the machine and cabinet can be seen.
A machine that sounds like yours sold on eBay in 2017 for $170 plus shipping but nothing like that sense.

Be very careful with shipping or maybe list it as pick up only.
I see them all the time for $50 or less. I saw a cute drink bar for the porch on Pinterest that was made from a cabinet.
