Unless it is 100 years old it has very little value.

Anyone who buy antique books looks for books that are 100+ years old. In your case the book is not of much value at all and it is also outdated by now. Holding onto the book for another 40+ years is not really worth it at all.

I would see if you can find a person to donate this to or just try and sell it for what you can at a garage sale. You might get a few dollars for the book.
