I made a storage for hair accessories awhile ago, but fast forward. I found this is the perfect storage/organization solution, a wire wastebasket that I bought for $3.
For the hair clips, you can clip all around. That way it isn't tossed in and cluttered. You can easily find the clips you want. For the center, you can toss in the headbands and grab whichever you would like.
