What Breed Is My Dog?

I bought my dog from a guy on the street who was just walking around with him at night trying to sell him. He's about 7 weeks old. He thinks he's the boss so I named him Hugo lol. Can anyone help me in figuring out what mix he might be? The vet told me he might have Beagle in him and it certainly looks that way. Thanx
