The dog looks like a snout. This dog seems to be a mix. You could have a DNA test to find out.
The dog could be a mix between a German Shepard and a Roti. It is hard to tell at such a young age.
Here is how to determine how old your dog might be and what you can do to help the dog. My dog had puppies not long ago and I watched them develop and grow.
Around 15 to 19 days old the puppy will open their eyes. At this time they will start moving around a bit more and trying to use their legs and walk around. My puppies didn't start to have their teeth or show signs of the teeth coming in until they were 5 almost 6 weeks old.
For now you will need to feed this poor baby and they will eat about every 2 to 3 hours. You can save a lot of money and make your own formula for the baby. You will need 1 can of condensed milk without sugar, 2 egg yokes, 2 large tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 yogurt natural no sugar and 1 1/2 cups of hot water boiled, and cooled. You can use a whisk to mix this together. I mixed mine in a pitcher and stored it in the refrigerator.
Buy a baby bottle from the store and pour this into the bottle. You don't want this too hot. You want it the same temperature as you would make it for a baby. Store the rest of the formula in the refrigerator and use a cup or glass bowl to heat it in the microwave when you need to feed the puppy again. At 4 weeks old the puppy will be able to drink the formula out of a bowl.
I had to do this because the mother dog got sick and couldn't feed her babies any longer. I made my own formula for the dogs to drink and they are healthy. You can also buy a powdered formula at the pet store or vet's. My puppies were small and it was cheaper to make my own. You have a larger dog and he will eat quite a bit more than my tiny puppies ate. You can store the formula for up to a week, but this won't be a problem because it will be gone in 2 to 3 days.
