Start a Coupon Swap at the Library

Ask at the local library if you can start a coupon exchange. Coupons are kept in subject envelopes. When you bring yours in, underline or highlight the expiration date. Then, swap your 50 cent coupon for birdseed for a 50 cents off your favorite hairspray. Once a month try to go through all the envelopes and discard the expired coupons. The more people that participate, the more likely your chances are of getting your favorite brands. Plus, if you offer to keep the coupons current, it might encourage the librarian to start a swap.
