Super Fries

This is my mom's recipe. Brings back childhood memories.

Ingredients:

  • Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
  • minced garlic or garlic salt
  • lemon pepper or squeeze of lemon
  • Ad

  • olive oil

Directions:

Quarter the potatoes and put in zip lock bag with a fair amount of olive oil. Add other ingredients and "massage" into potato quarters.

Pre-heat oven on broil (5 minutes)

Put potatoes single layer on cookie sheet and broil until browned outside and tender inside. (about 12 minutes) Enjoy!

These are really healthy and taste great. You will get compliments!

I make the same but I add chopped fresh parsley on top. So good :)
