- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. thawed frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs (such as Alouette)
- 2 Tbsp. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray, add the onion and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes or till tender. Stir in the spinach and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the spreadable cheese. Last, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
