Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat 4 cups quick cooking oats until brown, approx. 10 minutes. Add coconut, sesame seeds, salt, nuts, and wheat germ. In a saucepan, heat together the honey, oil, and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove, stir, and bake for another l0 minutes. Add fruits and press in a jelly roll pan. Cool and cut into bars.
