There are many uses for paint brushes, other than painting. Some of these are:

Use as a barbecue basting brush

Use for spreading egg whites on baking

Use for cleaning keyboard of your computer

Use for dusting lampshades

Use for dusting corners and other small areas

Use dampened to clean vinyl blinds

Use for greasing pans for baking

Use for cleaning out corners of cookie tins and bread boxes

And I use one to clean the coffee basket

I write on a 6" brush "duster" so I don't use it for painting. I use it to dust off my workbench, tools, lawnmower, grass trimmer, etc.

Let a child play with a paint brush and a toy bucket of water. The young ones love to "paint" the house or the sidewalk. Good activity for a hot day and they love it.

Attach a paint brush to a yard stick with duct tape and you have a great cobweb duster and good to get in corners where a broom does not.
