I am sure a lot depends upon why your knees are worn out and what part is worn out? While there are products that can help make joints more comfortable, if your cartilage is torn or worn away, they are not going to help.

If the cartilage in your knees has worn thin (or disappeared altogether), the only solution is a knee replacement. I spent years trying everything from glucosamine to shots to therapy, but finally had to resort to total knee replacements.
