Squash Combo

Ingredients

  • 6-8 squash, yellow, zucchini, green or mixture of all 3
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced

Directions

Slice squash and saute' with onion in butter until tender. Add cheese and tomatoes and simmer until cheese melts.
