If you go to a pet store you can buy an organic cleaner for upolstery that takes out "pet stains" this has worked for me on everything my four year old has gotten on our couch. It is about $10 and I have had my bottle for a year.!

Hey...carpet cleaner has worked for me, too. First, scrape all the hard chocolate off the sofa...sweep it up with the vaccum cleaner (the little attachments work great) and then spray on carpet cleaner, and follow the directions on the bottle!
