Honey Before Bed To Soothe Sore Throats

The best thing I have found for a sore throat is a teaspoonful of honey. This can be used often. It works best if you take a spoonful right before bed, then don't drink anything. This is so soothing and helps calm your throat so you can sleep. If you take it through the day, hold off drinking for awhile also.
