A Rice Cooker That Doesn't Have a Liner Made of Teflon or Aluminum?

Silver Post Medal for All Time! 364 Posts

I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a rice cooker that has a liner which is not aluminum nor coated with nonstick.

Thanks,
Holly from Richardson, TX

We eat lots of rice and I've had good luck with a plastic rice cooker that you use in the microwave. I never thought it would do as good a job as the electric ones, but it works great.

I had a rice cooker made by Rival that had a plastic insert instead of metal or teflon, I think I got it at Kmart.
