  • foam dot adhesive
  • hole punch
  • decorative edge scissors
  • scissors, pencil

  1. Transfer large heart template onto pink cardstock. Cut out with scissors.

  2. Transfer small heart template onto heart patterned paper. Cut out. Then trace it onto light purple cardstock.

  3. Use decorative edge scissors to cut out. Center and adhere heart paper onto scallop heart with a glue stick.

Adorable Valentine Card idea. Really perfect for a family member to give to the children. I tend to shy away from anything "food" for other people's children these days. We know what our own children's allergies etc, are, but we don't always know what other children might have to deal with.

Just a thought that might help. We never used to have to think of things like this. Today, it's a bit different and it's really sad. I love the idea though.

Thanks for sharing it.

I love this and plan on doing this next year. I am a daycare teacher with (16) 4 & 5 year old's. You can also stick a pack of gum on it by using ribbon to tie it on.
