- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook meat and onion. Drain well. In a large pot combine all ingredients. Stir and simmer for 1 hour.

My family always used 1 can of Chicken Gumbo soup per pound of ground beef for Sloppy Joes. The rice and veggie bits gave a wonderful taste.
