The theme was Nursery Rhymes.. so this is the "The Cow Jumped Over the MOON!" cake I made for my girlfriend's daughter's baby shower.

Oh my goodness! That cake is wonderful! Now I see that the cake is a bit thicker (taller) than your typical cake pan... Do you use a bigger cake pan like one that is used for cheesecake?

From .... Linda.... you will need to use 3 layer cake to get the height for the cakes! thanks have fun baking
