Spinach Crab Casserole
- 1 (12 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Drain the thawed spinach. Mix remaining ingredients into spinach. Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole; bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serves 4.
