Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter flavor or plain Crisco
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 5 Tbsp. milk
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda

• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup nuts (pecans)
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs and cinnamon. Add oats, nuts, and raisins. Alternate flour and milk; mix well as dough will be dry. Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
