Add a little bit of water and whip it at very high speed until it looks like cream. Even though it looks totally different from regular oil, the taste does not change. You can add white pepper or ginger or cardamom before the water, and it still comes out nice and white.

Ive heard ,you put a couple of inches of oil and twice as much water ,plus a few drops of dish liquid into a pint spray bottle and shake-up to emulsify it. The liquid soap makes it stick to waxy plants.
